We define the target user, main benefit, texture, application, market and target cost before selecting ingredients. For a COSMOS project, ingredient origin must be reviewed together with composition, processing and supplier documentation.

From prototypes to industrial production

Our R&D work includes raw-material selection, prototypes and optimisation of absorption, fragrance, colour and application. We plan stability, microbiological evaluation and packaging compatibility, then define process parameters for scale-up. Production operates under ISO 22716 certified by Bureau Veritas.

New formulas and reformulation

Start with an idea or an existing product. We agree which characteristics should remain and assess changes to ingredients, sensory properties and natural positioning. Each change is reviewed for its impact on testing, documentation and manufacturing.

Certification scope and project inputs

COSMOS NATURAL or ORGANIC is defined by project; final approval belongs to the certification body. An accepted raw material does not automatically certify a finished product. Send a benchmark, target markets, initial and annual quantities, fill volume, packaging, priority benefit and target launch date.
